1. Eligibility
You (as Registrant) must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a recording session, from TKH Productions, LLC dba toddhansenlearn.com.
2. Payment / Registration
The fee for the recording session (the “Fee”) must be paid in full at the time of registration, or partial payments if they are offered at the time of registration. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party. After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment and instructions to set up a time for recording.
You will be billed in United States Dollars (USD).
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Within 30 days
You have the right to cancel your contract with toddhansenlearn.com at any time within 30 days of first payment unless recording has already taken place. You will receive a full refund of any payments you have made if recording has not yet taken place and the request was made within 30 days.
To cancel within 30 days please inform us in writing, either by email to [email protected] or by mail to: 55 N. Merchant St., Box 1641, American Fork, UT 84003, United States. Please write Recording Session Fee Refund in the subject-line of your email or on the envelope. You may use the cancellation form provided below if you wish, but you are not obliged to do so.

This cancellation right is provided to you in line with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) but applies regardless of whether you are a buyer located in the EU, acting as a consumer and not for business purposes.
After 30 days
If you cancel at any time after the expiration of the 30 day period you will not be entitled to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of TKH Productions, LLC. If a refund is granted to you, an administration fee may be charged and the refund may be prorated based on work completed on the project to date.
Cancellation By Us
TKH Productions, LLC reserves the right to cancel the recording session by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the session recording date. We all fees paid by you.
Cancellation after Recording
Cancellation is not permitted after recording. Full payment is required after the recording session has been completed and before the final professionally edit video(s) and hard drive(s) will be released.
4. Miscellaneous
Travel
You agree to pay for any travel outside of 1-hour driving distance from Salt Lake City, Utah for Todd and his crew. This is to be paid in advance and will be negotiated. You understand this requirement when making your first online payment. If travel distance requires an overnight stay you will be required to provide hotel, rental cars, and per diem for meals for Todd and his crew. You further agree to pay a travel day rate and per diem for Todd and his crew for each day of travel needed to and from your location. This is customary and required as it takes Todd and his crew away from other work.
Disputes
Your contract with TKH Productions, LLC and any dispute arising from it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Utah, USA without regard to conflicts of law.
